  • Jason Heshusius

    With 17 years experience as an EFM Health Clubs Franchise owner/operator, Jason is well versed in getting the best out of people – both members and coaches. He understands what is important to the people he works with and trains, and provides the support they need to reach their goals.

    Jason will keep your training fresh with a variety of training modes and tools, catering to all levels of fitness from those just starting out through to the seasoned and experienced. He’ll learn what your objectives are, and guide your training journey accordingly – making sure you get a great workout that helps you achieve your goals

Congratulations to Michael for reaching 100 visits!

Michael has been plugging away at his two sessions a week with this goal in mind for a while, and he was stoked to reach this milestone. Michael doesn’t just come in and smash put his resistance training in the club, he’s also an avid cyclist, doing multiple big rides each week.

The biggest thing Michael brings to our little community is some great conversation between sets, he’s always got something on his mind or an article he’s read recently that he’s ready to discuss, flexing his brain as well as his muscles!
